UK & international delivery

Delivery is charged separately and depends on destination, artwork size, presentation and quantity. A confirmed UK rate is shown before payment where available. International and substantial mounted or framed pieces use a delivery quotation so an unreliable flat rate is never added to your order.

Unframed prints usually require approximately 2–5 working days in production. Mounted and framed work is typically produced within approximately 10 working days. Transit time is additional. Tracking is provided when available, and local import duties or taxes outside the UK remain the recipient’s responsibility.

Cancellations & returns

You may cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email within that period, then return the print within the following 14 days. Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for return postage and for packing it safely.

Once the returned item has arrived, we will refund the eligible purchase price and standard outbound delivery cost within 14 days. A deduction may be made if the item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Damage or a fault

Please email us promptly with your Watercolour Atlas order number and photographs of the outer packaging, internal packaging and the artwork or damage. Keep all packaging while we review the problem. We will record the case against your original order and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described.

Colour & presentation

Screens display colour differently, so small variations are normal. Frame previews are illustrative and natural wood grain varies. These differences do not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty or materially different from its description.
